Dr. Beena is Maharishi Kanad Post-Doctoral Fellow at Delhi School of Transnational Affairs, Institution of Eminence, University of Delhi. She has done her M.Phil. and PhD from School of International Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. She has more than 2 years’ work experience in various colleges of Delhi University. She has also associated with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) as a Counselor. She has worked with Non-collegiate Women Education Board NCWEB, School of Open learning (SoL), and Amity University. She has also worked as Post-Doctoral Fellow in Centre of Public Policy and Governance of Utkal University under (Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) 2.0 project. Dr. Beena has over 15 publications including chapters in edited book, Scopus Indexed Journal, UGC Care Listed Journal and peer-reviewed journals and has presented many papers in International and National Conferences. Along with this, she has also organized many value-added courses, seminars, workshops and conferences.

Dr Raj Kumar Sharma is Maharishi Kanad Post-Doc Fellow at Delhi School of Transnational Affairs, Institution of Eminence, University of Delhi. He has completed his PhD from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi where he was UGC-Senior Research Fellow in International and Area Studies. He has over 8 years of professional experience in media, think tank research and teaching at the university level. His previous appointments were at institutions like Indira Gandhi National Open University, United Service Institution of India and Maitreyi College, University of Delhi. Dr. Sharma has over 50 publications including books, chapters in edited books, peer-reviewed articles, occasional papers, articles in UGC-approved journals, newspaper op-eds and online commentaries. He has also qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in Political Science and JRF in Human Rights and Duties.
